Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Spotless Cleaning website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
Spotless Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Solar panel cleaning and maintenance
- Pressure washing (driveways, patios, fences, rooftops)
- Window cleaning (residential and commercial)
- Gutter cleaning and flushing
- General exterior property maintenance
We serve residential, commercial, agricultural, and government properties throughout California's Central Valley. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
2. Estimates Are Not Final Prices
All estimates provided — whether online, by phone, or in person — are preliminary and not a guarantee of final pricing. The final cost of services may differ from the initial estimate based on:
- Actual property conditions observed during the service visit.
- Additional scope of work identified on-site that was not apparent during the estimate.
- Access limitations, safety concerns, or equipment requirements.
- Changes in service requested by the customer.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant pricing changes before proceeding with the work. Proceeding with service constitutes your acceptance of the final quoted amount.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service bookings.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results and a safe working environment, you agree to:
- Provide safe and adequate access to the property and areas requiring service.
- Disclose any known hazards, fragile areas, or special conditions prior to the service visit.
- Ensure pets are secured and the work area is clear of personal belongings.
- Inform us of any recent repairs, coatings, or treatments applied to surfaces to be cleaned.
Failure to disclose relevant property conditions may affect the quality of the service and could limit our liability for damage to undisclosed areas.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days of service completion. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concerns promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spotless Cleaning is fully insured and takes every precaution to deliver our services with care and professionalism. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or deficiencies in property surfaces or equipment.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost income or property damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If damage occurs that is directly caused by our team's negligence, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can promptly assess and address the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Spotless Cleaning website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the property of Spotless Cleaning and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Changes to Services
Spotless Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, or service area at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
